Epic Cosmic Battle-If God Is So Good, Why Is There Suffering? Part 4

To all of my friends around this planet,
I hope you are learning and enjoying as you read this blog.  Don't forget to check out my other blog, www.izoominews.blogspot.com
If you haven't read parts 1-3 of this theme, please do so now.
This far we have learned that the law of God, the 10 commandments are the foundation of His throne, His government.  We know that in heaven, Lucifer, who was the highest holy angel,  rebelled against God's law, and convinced 1/3 of the loyal angels in heaven to rebel with him.  He spread anarchy and chaos through the peace and joy of heaven.
1 John 3:4 says, "Everyone who sins is breaking God's law, for all sin is contrary to the law of God."
Sin always leads to separation from God.  Sin is transgression of the law.  This is what the great controversy between Good and evil is over, the law of God, which is the foundation of His government.
Jesus the Messiah came to restore us to being sound, law abiding jurors that are able to discern between right and wrong, and who will not be swayed by public opinion.  It is an incredible honor to be able to serve in the Supreme Court of heaven!
As a juror, you disqualify yourself if you say, A) "How can I know the truth? Truth is relative." B) "There's no difference between good and evil." C) Or if you claim the foundation of God's throne, the 10 commandments, are not legitimate, which is arguing on the devil's side.
In America, you know how divisive it can be when Republicans and Democrats argue over how to run the government.  Both sides claim to be doing what is right for the country.  That's what took place in heaven.  Lucifer somehow convinced 1/3 of the angels that God's government needed reforms.  He deceived them into believing that they knew best how to run their lives, not God.  They were decieved in the mount of the congregation.  The first church split took place in heaven, and the argument was over self-righteousness.
Matthew 1:21 says, "And she will have a son, and you are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins."  Jesus has come to save us from(not in) our sins, which is breaking God's law.  Lucifer broke that law in heaven.  He was thrown out of heaven with 1/3 of the angels, and the deciever has been trying to create anarchy on earth ever since.
There are other inhabited worlds with sinless beings.  They want no part of what they are witnessing on this planet!
The holy angels that stayed loyal to God didn't understand how horrible satan was until he inspired wicked men to kill Jesus.  Then the holy angels began to understand more fully this battle, and that God Almighty has the ulitmate love and truth in the universe, because He was willing to let His own Son, who He had been with from eternity, to come down to this dark planet and die for the likes of you and I, to take our sins upon Himself, and give us His righteousness.  God loves us as much as He loves His only Son, Jesus.  Romans 8:32 says, "He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?"
The angels and all of the other beings in this vast universe, created by God's own hand, are watching what is playing out on this planet.  God has let it go on, so the universe can see that He is just, loving, and to show satan is lying.  God is not going to let it go on much longer.  It grieves the heart of God to see any of His children suffer.  Jesus longs to come and take us home, but He is trying to save as many of His children as possible.  Every human that has ever lived is His child, but we have to choose to ask Him into our heart.  Many have chosen to ignore God, and many have chosen to get to know God.  There is a battle going on every day for each one of us, and we must have God guiding us each step of the way, otherwise we will walk in darkness.
God is letting this play out and it will secure the universe.  Nahum 1:9 says, "What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time."  The holy angels and the watching universe want nothing to do with sin, and neither will all those who go to heaven with Jesus when He comes.  At the right time, sin will be destroyed once and for all, in the power of Jesus, in His name and for His glory!!!!!!!
Once and for all, Jesus will raise us up through the air to go with Him to be in heaven with Him, forever!  That is the whole point in the Bible.  Man was thrown out of the garden because of sin, and will be restored to Eden in heaven to be with God forever!  Praise God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit!!!
In part 5, I will discuss how God's law is part of His character, and we will start to study the Hebrew sanctuary and how it was a copy of the sanctuary in heaven!  This gets more exciting as we go!

Epic Cosmic Battle-If God Is So Good, Why Is There Suffering?-Part 3

To all of my friends around this planet,
If you haven't read part 1 & part 2 in the archives, please do so before proceeding:-)  Ivor Myers wrote a lot of the info I am presenting.  Some of the info is from my own studies:-)
Please check out the videos on life's purpose at www.digma.com
So, Lucifer was cast out of heaven with 1/3 of the angels.  2Peter 2:4 says, "For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast [them] down to hell, and delivered [them] into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment."  They believed his lies that they didn't need to obey God's law to be righteous.  Have you ever heard anyone say that?  I pay my taxes and provide for my family, so I'm good. I don't need God.to be good. This is the same philosophy Lucifer used in heaven to deceive the angels.
Maybe you've heard some Christians say, "the law was nailed to the cross, or, we don't need to keep God's law, because were not under the law, but under grace?"  Without law in a government, there is anarchy and chaos.  These ideas come from the master of self righteousness. In Numbers 16 is a story about Korah's rebellion.  Korah was jealous of Moses' position, and felt that he, and the others he talked into rebelling with him, were holy(sef-righteousness), and deserved a higher position.  Korah and his rebellious followers ended up dying just as satan and the fallen angels will, along with all who choose to follow them.
Do you think Lucifer, when starting his anarchy in heaven said to the other angels, "hey, do you want to be evil with me?"  No, they wouldn't have fallen for that.  He most likely suggested something like this,"If we're really free, why do we need a law dictating to us what to do?  Why do we need a law telling us how to be righteous?  There's other ways to be righteous than following God's commandments."  Satan suggests this to you and I now, just as he did to the angels, and to Korah.
Why do you think God didn't just zap satan & his angels out of existence?  Why didn't He just judge them right then and there?  In Deuteoronomy 19:16-19 it says, "If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him [that which is] wrong; Then both the men, between whom the controversy [is], shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days; And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, [if] the witness [be] a false witness, [and] hath testified falsely against his brother; Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you."   God was laying out a principle to Moses.  Whenever a controversy arises between two or more people, there must be a witness, a third party to discern between the two parties.  It would be totally unfair for a controversy to arise between two parties, and one of those parties was chosen to serve as judge over the other party.  We need a jury, a third party, to be fair.
When this controversy happened in heaven, heaven was polarized into two sides, and God needed a jury.  In Ezekiel 28:17, God told Lucifer, before he was cast out of heaven, these very words," I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee."  Guess who the kings would be that God would create to be the jury?  You and I, humanity.  That is a high calling.  1Corinthians 6:1-3 says, "Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?  Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?  Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?"
When satan saw Adam and Eve and knew God gave them dominion, he realized that they were the kings that God was going to lay him before.  He knew they would be the ones to judge him.  He decided to try to bribe the jury.  If there's no jury, there's no trial.
What are the requirements for a sound juror?  1) They must have very little knowledge of the crime or were not there at all.  Where was humanity when rebellion broke out in heaven?  We weren't there at all.  2) A juror is supposed to be a law abiding citizen. 3) A juror is supposed to be able to discern the difference between right and wrong. 4) A juror is not to be swayed by public opinion.  So, the devil comes to Eve, and says as is stated in Genesis 3:5, "For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil."  Just as he told the angels in heaven, that they could be like God.  He didn't ask Adam and Eve if they wanted to be evil and rebel with him.  He's much more subtil than that.  The word gods in Genesis 3:5 is translated Elohim, which means judges.  You want to be a real good judge, eat from this tree.  Adam & Eve ate from the tree and what happened?  They lost their ability to discern between right and wrong.  They were no longer law abiding citizens.  God comes along and says in Genesis 3:15, "And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel." The very purpose of the gospel is to restore us as sound, law abiding jurors!  God's government is based upon his 10 commandment law.
In our next blog, we will expand on a few points and will briefly review how God's law is part of His character.  We will soon be getting into the exciting topic of the Hebrew sanctuary, and how it was a replica of the one in heaven.  It is an awesome study!!!!!!!
We are caught in this cosmic battle, and Jesus Christ has already won!  Give your heart to Him today, and let Him win your battles as you march hand in hand with Him!
